Not only did he fix our email, but he set up a shared calendar that my wife and I can share across our mobile phones and our computers. Now we can see what each other has planned and it's made our life easier.
He also talked to us about some smart home things, and last week he came and installed a camera doorbell that allows us to see who is at our door before we answer it, and also talk to whomever is there, from anywhere. As we are in our seventies, it makes us feel more secure and we don't always have to get up to answer the door. We can even see it on our TV.
